Priota Islam is a PhD student in the Stephens - Hawkins lab. Her project focuses on identification of P-Rex1 adaptor functions in Neutrophils. She is a pharmacist by degree and has several years of research experience in immunology, pharmacology and genomics across different labs in reputable institutions as well as in the biotechnology industry. She has received a Jameel Education Foundation Cambridge Scholarship in partnership with Cambridge Trust to pursue her PhD.
